Miles for Smiles
What is Miles for Smiles?
Miles for Smiles is an annual fundraiser organized by the UTD Pre-Dental Association, which supports Texas A&M School of Dentistry's social services fund. The fund coordinates subsidized care for qualifying patients (we're helping provide free/low-cost dental care for DFW residents who need it the most)! All our fundraising efforts across the year culminate in a field day celebration once fundraising wraps up!
How do I get involved?

Become a Committee Member: To be considered an “Active Miles For Smiles Committee Member,” a PDA member must fundraise at least $100. You can become a committee member at any time as long as you raise $100 by the Spring deadline (exact date to be announced later).

Start fundraising and log your donations: In order for your contributions to be counted as raised under your name, you MUST fill out the information on this form each time you get a donation (if you go to a business and do not get a donation, still fill out the form)!

Cash, checks, donations, and other physical payments will be taken during officer-hosted pickup times.

If paying online through Zelle, send all payments via our email (utdpda@gmail.com) and include member name, donor name, and "M4S" in the memo. For non-Zelle payments, contact an officer via GroupMe or email us!
